I have not much time, but I just had to come here and share my happiness...For the first time in my life, I have a MONARCH caterpillar on my milkweed!
I've had lots of caterpillars over the years, but I always dreamed of a monarch.
Now, I'll just have to pray it stays, and I can catch it in the fall to see it spin it's cocoon.Last winter, I had a swallowtail butterfly cocoon, and we just let the butterfly go a few weeks ago.
