Saija, waiting for the Mayflower to sail by.
Well, my friends, another wonderful blogging buddy has officially become a PILGRIM PAL. Saija (pronounced "sigh-ya") has jumped on the Mayflower with the rest of us pilgrims and we've set sail for a new world.
Seriously, Saija and I have been communicating through our blogs ever since PILGRIM SCRIBBLINGS was born. She is a kindred spirit! Her husband Leo has become a big Mike Fisher fan like so many other PILGRIM PALS.
You've enjoyed many of her posts that I've re-posted on PILGRIM SCRIBBLINGS. I've used many of her photos on PILGRIM PALS too.
Please check out her blog, entitled Thro' A Glass Darkly, at: http://www.saija.blogspot.com
Please join me in welcoming SAIJA (and Leo) as a bonafide card-carrying PILGRIM PAL. We're glad to have you aboard, dear friend!

Welcome, Saija!
ReplyDeleteNow everyone else will be learning Finnish along with my sister...
She never did reveal WHY she first wanted to learn Finnish a few years ago, long before she met you...She wanted to know a few words just in case she met Saku Koivu, captain of the Montreal Canadiens. She still hasn't met him, but we think we spotted him one day at a craft show we were working.
Lil Pilgrim Pal
Lil Pilgrim Pal:
ReplyDeleteIt is ALWAYS SO GOOD to hear from you. It's good that eternity has no beginning and no ending. If there was an "end" we'd like be singing in Finnish to close out eternity.
Oops, I'm getting silly!
Not good for a serious old guy like me.
lol
David, the Pilgrim or as Felisol calls me, the Pilgrim Father.
Did you see me on the Mayflower? Hope not!
WELCOME SAIJA !!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome Saija

Dear Saija,
ReplyDeleteIt'll be nice meeting you here too.
Here you'll find the best bunch of Prayer Warriors on the entire internet.
You are familiar with the word "Before you cry, He will answer." Well, here's the thing, before you've uttered a word about your needs, friends will be praying. And they all are tryed Pals, well known with sickness and all kiinds of adversyties.
I firmly believe that's why they are so eager, helpful and empathic.
Your Felisol
Welcome Miss Saja! I looked at your blog and found it revealed much beauty at the hands of our Creator!
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you dear one.
