I think my dad rejoice in heaven, when he sees this post. (I don't actually know what he can see, I know he is with Jesus.)
Psalm 90, the psalm of Moses, was one of my father's favorites.
He would read loud over and over again.
In my and later Serina's poetry books (the ones we write cute poems and silly greetings to each other in)
he wrote this verse from the Proverbs 4:"23 Above all that thou guardest keep thy heart; for out of it are the issues of life."
That indeed was his wish for us in life, not wealth, success or other superficial things, but that our hearts must remain guarded and clean.
