Greetings Pals

A very precious and dear friend of mine sent this picture to me this week.....it was exquisite and full of the created work of God ....she must have known how happy it would make me....the sunrise, trees, clouds, water.....the minglings and mere touch of his handiwork...a loving pick-me-up...

this morning as I was reading ....2nd Timothy 2:1-2...

Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus...and the things that thou has heard of me amony many witnesses, the same commit though to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

I stopped to thank God for all those faithful followers of Christ, trustworthy brothers and sisters in Christ, who helped me experience God's favor. What a privilege it is now, for me to invest my time in a relative, a store clerk, a young child, my own sweet grandbaby, a teenager, a young woman, an elderly man...all through the power of the Holy Spirit. There have been some hardships and heartaches that have changed and shaped my life.....and I pray that I forever speak the truth in love to others.

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord
and to sing praises unto they name, O Most High

To show forth thy loving kindness
in the morning and thy faithfulness
every night.

Psalm 92 1,2
Thinking of you today LPP and LMG .....may God's comfort and peace surround you...

Dear Donna,
so nice hearing from you again.
I feared you must have worn yourself totally out with all the work caring for others.
You have put down so much hard work and so many hours caring for others ow you must be totally exhausted.
That's at least how I felt after working 24/7 in almost 4 months to help my Mom on her feet after her stroke in January. It took a long time before I could let my shoulders down and breathe normally.
Now we are all doing well in our little family.
I hope and pray that this must also be the case with you.
Sad thing is, that one is outworn, the devil will soon set in a cunning attack.
Fear not. Twice this week Pilgrim Father David and Terry have written about God's arms who reach down to each and every one of us.
Be blessed, sister Donna.
YOU SHALL NOT BE MOVED.

Dear Donna.
It was so nice to hear from you last night.
Felisol is right. You are always there helping others.
With all the colds that are hitting your family, you just can't even take the time to have a cold yourself!
Bernie has had a cold for almost two weeks now but I think he is finally coming out of it.
Dad Golden just got over one too.
I am looking forward to his birthday this year because my heart was so fearful last year at this time of his impending operation. This year, he seems to be doing better.
In fact he is well enough to accompany Mom Golden over to the doctors today.
They are a very short walking distance so he will walk along side of her as she uses here walker.
Have a great day Donna, Felisol, Little Missionary Julie and all the rest of you Pals......Love Terry

So good to hear from you, Donna. You've been in all my prayers, as well as all my Pals here. God bless you.

I've not been able to post comments as frequently because the Lord has given me such a stream of things to write about lately. I'm overjoyed to be a pen in His hand...and need your prayers to hear from Him clearly and write from the overflow of His grace and mercy in my life.

Getting ready to pick up the grandbabies for the weekend. I lost a dear friend (may have mentioned it earlier) and have been reminiscing about her godly influence in my life. She helped pay for my very first writer's conference years ago...

The Lord bless the Pals, and be gracious to you; may He bring His mercy and grace to bear on each one of our lives, that we may know Him and the hope of our calling in Christ Jesus.

I love you.
