The movers have just left our "old" home and are headed to our "new" home. Carol has gone to show them where everything goes. I'm waiting here for the "roundup crew" to come and take away the old "power-gobbling" refrigerator we have in the basement.
While the movers were taking out my piano (and the other not-so-important things) I was washing the breakfast dishes, looking out the window at our back yard and feeling pretty emotional. I was trying to hold back the tears because 62-year-old men don't cry when movers are around. Really? I do!
Anyhow, I'm taking a little break (compliments of Felisol) and reading my e-mails and the comments on Pilgrim Pals.
I'm overwhelmed by the warm, Christian love that flows from our pals. To be prayed for by loving, concerned friends in Norway, India, the U.S. and Canada today is such a blessing! God has raised up an army of prayer warriors who really care. Thank you Father, and thanks to each of you, my Pilgrim Pals, who rally around each other and PRAY!
I'll keep you posted, dear ones. THANKS AGAIN! Much love in Christ,
~ David, the Pilgrim
