Hi Pilgrims, Think everyone is busy. But i showed up to say hello.
Please pray for us. I am facing a tight situation. my aunt Sybil had a fall this morning. She is OK but her left wrist is a bit swollen.Mother is very nervous about being left alone in the house with her, and i have to go out from time to time. Can 't avoid it.
My Goliath is looming large for the moment.
I want to sing that song- Lay your burdens down.
I am going for a fellowship meeting and when I return i will write a post.
Dear Amrita..So sorry to hear about your aunt taking a tumble. Not good! So nice that you are keeping your eye on both her and your mom but it can be so hard at times, eh? I know what you are going through, and so does Felisol and Pilot-mom..Take care and I am looking forward to your post...Love Terry
Oh, I am so glad that some kind Pal put somethig new up on this blog...I keptcoming back to the same thing, and that is not very rewarding when I don't have much time.
Amrita, I am sorry to hear about your aunt. I help look after my grandparents...which is challenging at times, too! Have you ever heard the song, "Voice of Truth"? It is so good, and for the past few months I have sang it a lot to myself. My piano teacher even taught it to me, so now I can play it with all my might when there is a Goliath lurking in my life!
Hi, Jel! It's been a long time since I was at your site, but I'm making my way around slowly but surely!
Hi, Mrs. Shirkie... You've got to check out this blog when you have a chance... http://chrisandsteph.wordpress.com and click on the post "Are you lookin' at me?" It is so nice and sweet. My mom knows Chris' mom, and I have followed their story since their engagement last year. Chris and Steph are a lovely couple (they just got married) and their story is so godly!
So sorry for not frequently this blog more, but haven't had much energy lately. Hopefully things will improve. So thankful for this praying community and to know this is a safe haven for weary souls.
God bless you all for being encouragers in the Lord.
