For Susan Walker Girl

What Is A Cat

Gentle eyes
that see so much,
paws that have
the quiet touch.

Purrs to signal
"all is well"
and show more love
then words can tell.

Graceful movements
touched with pride,
a calming presence
by our side.

A friendship
that will last and grow,
small wonder
why we love them so!........

Mrs. Shirkie,

That is one beautiful post!

Miss Bunts,

I pray God comforts you. Our first cat died after we only had her for 2 months (she had a sickness we didn't know of at the time) and I still remember the sorrow and grief we felt. It was so bad, we started looking for another cat the next day, and in three days we had reserved a kitten!

Love and Prayers,
LPP

Thanks you so much Terry...and Little Pilgrim Pal, and David. I miss my precious Nathan. But I'm most grateful to have had him for as long as I did. LPP...it does help to have another kitty. Not that they take their place...but help fill your heart.

Thank you so much. I hope I get to see him in heaven.

Dear Ms Bunts,
throughout the years we've had three cats, two died from natural causes, but the third disappeared.
The last loss was the greatest, we have no peace since no one knows what really has happened.

I can indeed say that I feel with you in your sorrow.

My Dad used to pray for our first cat, who was shot by a mad neighbor when I was twelve. "God bless Kitty on the New Earth."
-"There's going to be lions and lambs on the New Earth, I'm sure there'll be cats as well," my Dad claimed. It was a huge comfort to us.
I'm sure you'll meet your Nathan there as well.
All the best prayers and wishes from Felisol
