Erin made it through the oxygenator exchange okay. However, her oxygen levels are still very low. Now after speaking to the doctors we have learned the apparent problem behind her lungs not healing and low oxygen levels is a fungal infection growing inside her body and now the ECMO circuit. They have never seen this before at Vandy. The dr. is now consulting the inventors of the machine, at University of Michigan, to see if they have ever encountered this situation. He is seeking advice to see if the fungus can be cleared. We will update as soon as we find out more information. Thanks for your continued support and prayers! Keep lifting up our baby! God is in control

Father God, give the doctor's wisdom, discernment, and the knowledge needed to overcome this problem. Protect Erin's life Lord. Calm her parents fears. Thank you, Lord, for your grace and mercy. In Christ's Name I pray. Amen.
