Dearest Pals
I got this from Dottie's News letter yesterday.
It will give you an idea where she was heading. What a sad time it must be for the dear Christians who were awaiting her arrival.
So so sad for us, but for her she will surely be beholding the face of the One that she loved to write songs about...Love Terry

"Hello Dottie's Dearest;

As I type this, we are enroute to our concert in Granite City, IL. Dottie will be appearing at the Calvary Life Church tonight at 7:00
After the concert tonight, we have an extremely long drive to North Richland Hills, Texas. Dottie will be appearing at the Fountain Of Life Church at 10:30 AM with her dear friends Lulu Roman and Naomi Sego. North Richland Hills is located close to Dallas, so we expect to see all of our Dallas friends there. We are looking forward to seeing our dear friend Jerry Ashmore tomorrow also.

Blessings,
Larry Ferguson"....

Larry Ferguson and the others involved will surely need our prayers...Love Terry

I was so sad to hear this news, too, but tried to imagine Dottie's face light up as she now beholds the Lord, face to face. She certainly blessed us with some really wonderful music over the years.
