Arlene was hospitalized today after returning to the doctor for antibiotics and blood work. She is dehydrated, exhausted and fighting an infection.
Yesterday at our prayer gathering at her home, Arlene told us she intended to have her next treatment as scheduled next Wednesday and then stop all chemo. She has lost her hair and is covered with a rash from the effects of the meds. She feels she cannot physically stand anymore chemotherapy but is willing to peacefully give her body over to God believing that he is able to heal her without the help of medication.
Please pray with us today for Arlene and her husband Barry.

Have prayed and will pray for Arlene, Terry mentions her all the time -- "this seemingly setback" is STILL UNDER GOD'S LOVING HAND - not easy for anyone to understand- am praying for her husband and Arlene in the "trying" days --
Good friends praying for her like you, Sara , can only "please" God and help Sara -- will continue to ask The Lord to work in a special way for Arlene -------
Oh Lord Jesus, please be with your daughter Arlene. Please touch her in such a special way, and may she feel Your arms of Love and comfort round about her. Please remind her that you're still in control, and You are always there for her whenever she calls to you. May she rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and may Your perfect peace flood her body and soul. Grant her the patience and strength to go through all that You have in store for her, Father. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
