Let us take "heart" let us "look" to HIM
HE is OUR FRIEND -- OUR GUIDE -- OUR SAVIOUR -- OUR COUNSEL -- OUR ADVOCATE -- OUR DEFENDER -- OUR STRONG HOLD -- OUR PEACE --
okay --- these are just "some" of names and reasons why we should be happy and praise HIM WHO IS WORTHY --
* Not a one of us "pals" has all the answers, not a one of us is always on the top of the mountain.
I like everyone of U is subject to the weakness of the "flesh", we all have at least one besetting sin that we are prone to. When I "drift" from the Lord, I spiral downward into sin quicker than most. All this is to say , we "ALL" need to read HIS WORD, thereby gaining strength, need to believe HE IS a rewarder and supplier to our needs.
So on this day, I declare HIS GOODNESS and that HE saved me in a little mountain town in upstate N.Y when I was 22 in 1967 -- I have failed HIM much BUT HE has never once failed me.

ok lets do the math...22 in 67... 41 years ago...add them together....I need more clues for the mountain town in upstate ny...oops....I can so easily get off the subject !!! :):)

Lol --- U are "cracking" me up Donna -- ok , here we "go" :-) This little town is not far from the Pa line, head south west from Buffalo - yep , your getting "hot" now, -- not far from Olean, N.Y - this little town is the name of a "country" ------- hmmmm
well lets see, Panama is south west of Buffalo, very close to the PA border, but Cuba is closer to Olean...I was never very good with geography....and if neither of those is correct...then I may need a letter as a hint....
BINGO ! Lol--- yes , I was on the road for a couple of years with a drilling outfit and met this woman in a bar one night and decided to stay - lived with her for a year or so and had a Baptist Christian man witness to me for the first time about Jesus -- I never heard the Gospel before , not where The Lord can be my personal Saviour -- The Lord saved me and I made a 180 degree turn -
Cuba, N.Y. 1967 and that young Christian man's name was Bill Archer - I walked across his property "drunk" one sunday afternoon (how pathetic is that) and he came out and witnessed to me , his wife Linda was afraid for her husband and said , don't talk to that guy, he will hurt U , she cried and prayed as Bill witnessed to me ---
