On Thursday I had a surprise visitor at Elim Lodge, my dear friend Paul Mackay (pictured with Matthew and me), one of the Pilgrim Pals. He called me on my birthday and told me he'd be in the area the next day. It was great to see him. He dropped by while we were having lunch in the dining hall. Paul always enjoys a good meal. I wish he could have stayed longer but it was sure great to see him. NOTE: Paul has posted his account of our time together at Elim Lodge on his blog, Still Rambling. Check it out here...along with several pictures of Elim.A fellowship of Christian bloggers committed to encouraging one another and giving glory to God.

Thanks David -- nice post --
good to see pics of Julie -- connect the face with the name --
yes , U must re-enter gradually into the real world -- too fast and U will burn up ---- only teasing ----
I'm glad someone told Julie she is missed!!! I hope she shows up here sometime soon ;)
I'm happy for you that your Sony worked out great! I was ALMOST photographer for a friend's wedding, but then her mom got a pro to do it...probably did a MUCH better job than I would have, and I'm always concerned about the quality of indoor shots with my Canon S5. Mr Mackay and I were talking about that at my dad's funeral as he has the same camera as I do, now.
God bless you,
LPP
