Thoughts from the Past

Do U remember, the last half of the sixties - that "rumor" that went around , that GOD was dead ? !! It was even in papers I remember - was God dead ? - I got saved in 1967 and HE became ALIVE to me ------ strange isn't it, we have all these "churches" with gospels of liturgy, tradition etc. and here we are today , trying to win these same people to CHRIST - BORN -AGAIN - saved thru simple faith in the finished work of THE SUBSTITUTIONARY DEATH on an old rugged cross by GOD HIMSELF -- there is no salvation thru liturgy, tradition, good works or how good your mother was --- this message is for all who have never trusted ONLY IN CHRIST ----------- there , I feel better now , got my preaching in --
