Thank You

Morning everyone,

Thank you so much for your prayers this week! The last two days have been HECTIC as I made two cakes...one being a big sheet cake which I have never made before. I have to say that everything went very smoothly...only a couple of little problems which were easily solved! Now the cake waits in the fridge for transportation to the wedding. I will post pictures of the cakes on here...maybe tomorrow if I get the chance! Please continue to pray for today...it is a 2 hour drive up north to where the wedding is and the wedding is in a field, so I still have some concerns about transporting the cake!

Thanks also for your prayers about the day. There will be a number of us there that are Christians, so I pray that it is as Terry mentioned...that those not saved will look at us and wonder what we have that they don't! May they see the joy and love of God in us!

Have a wonderful day everyone! Now, I'm not superstitious, but I like today's date...7-7-07...I think that is neat because 7 is God's number and there are 3 sevens in the date, and throughout the Bible the number three shows up a lot...so I feel like there is a special blessing on the day! Sorry...I like numbers and the Bible...you can learn some amazing things!

Thanks for your "post". I thought of you this morning as I left work. Did you hear the noise that all those crows were making?

You and your cake(s) will be on my heart...and before the Lord today, good friend!

Be encouraged today! God will use you to shine His light in a darkened world.

Much love in Christ,

David

Praying also -- we remembered your burden for those present that they would "see" Jesus -- may that be all of our hopes in our conduct and witness --

Thanks for the news!

Isn't that cool about the date? I'm not superstitious, but am into numbers, too. I get it from my grandmother :)

Oh no David...If that wedding is in an open field, I hope that there is a scare crow there to scare those old black birds away from that perfect cake that we so prayed for!!
Wouldn't that be the thing if after all that praying that perfect cake was swallowed by birds!!!! oh!!!! from Pp Terry
