Thx Heb - no one stays around forever, and if HE called her, her eyes would have opened to see "dad" and what promises God has for us ---

For some reason this beautiful photo reminds me of Nova Scotia. I have never been there but I imagine that a house would look just like this under a dark blue sky!

hebrews 11:1....I noticed a comment you made about LisaJ's blog and you were interested in where she lived in the Adirondack's....and so I searched her archives and found the county she lives in and I, being a native New Yorker, having been raised in the Thousand Islands area and now residing in the finger lakes area, will still attest to the fact that she does indeed live in a beautiful area of NYS....and if she is close to any of the lakes known as Cranberry, Little Tupper or Raquette...ahhhh she is doubly blessed....many many fond memories of the area....
on another subject....prayers for you and Carol tonight David....for Dad Golden, Terry, for passing-thru and his mother...oh dear Lord for so many this evening....Lauren, Heb, Jel, Felisol, Pilot Mom, Julie...all o of here.....please comfort and love each and hear their prayers....

NITE DONNA
Oh, Donna! I think I am in for a geography lesson, now! Ineed to pull out my atlas and have a better look at your state, because I got a little lost as you explained it all to me! I do know where Thousand Islands are because the border is right there that we go through when we head south...usually. It has been a few years, though, and I never payed too much attention to the road signs at that part of our journey. because we were only 2 1/2 hrs. from home, and it was VERY early in the morni (we'd leave between 3 and 5 a.m., most trips), and I always had something or other to tend to with the younger ones as I helped my mom a lot! I know the trip to Syacuse is beautiful, because my dad took me when I was 13 (ALL BY MYSELF!), and I saw a bald eagle flyng right behind our car at one part of the highway! That was the coolest thing I've seen in my life!
