BELIEVER'S CONFIDENCE

NEW DAY IN CHRIST -- Another wonderful day afforded by our Lord for us to enjoy, use and declare His Goodness.

A person asked me the other day if I thought that a mate or another person could "drag" one down spiritually. My answer is yes, of course, anything if allowed, can. It could be a spouse, things, circumstances or even self, But we have this assurrance from His Word , that nothing can separate us from His Love, His Ability to Keep us.

We must however, ABIDE in His Word, that means DOING His Word, acting by faith , having fellowship with believer's, reading the Word, believing that He is and is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. That abiding is Enabled by God in our lives, if left up to ourselves , we would not even be able to be faithful to do that - Scripture declares " It is God that worketh in U that which is well pleasing in His sight and He is Able to Keep that which we committed and no man comes to the Father but that the Spirit of God draws him . WHAT CONFIDENCE HE GIVES US --- so no one needs to think that they will "fail" of the Grace of God - Let us Boldly go forth , declaring His Love .

We must not however, let sin, self, our emotions or the "lies" of the devil , cloud our minds, confuse our thoughts, for surely it will take the "edge" off of our spiritual zest for our Lord.

Hence, the More Reasons to keep in good fellowship with solid mature Christians, praying and praising God for His Faithfulness to us .

"If any man love father, mother , houses, lands or this world , more than ME , he is not worthy of ME" --- of course , none of us are worthy of the Lord , but HE is drawing a line in the sand for us to understand -- No matter the cost , AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSE WE WILL SERVE THE LORD --- just like Vicki's blog site declares " As for me and my blog, we will Serve the Lord. "
