At the foot of the Cross

At the foot of the Cross it's just Jesus and me
I come to Him so burdened, to overwhelmed to see
My heart is so full, my body too tired
I can't seem to climb out of the mire
It's dark all around me, no color at all
I feel in the depths of my soul that soon he will be gone
At the foot of the Cross is where I need to be
As I lift my eyes up what do I see
But my Lord and Savior on bended knee
He reaches down and gently lifts me
Pulling me close He whispers to me
Don't worry about tomorrow
for that is for Me
You stay right here by my side
Then no matter what happens
We will go through it together

WHAT A GOD , WHAT A CHRIST AND WHAT A HOLY SPIRIT

IF WE DIDN'T EXPERIENCE BY FAITH THIS SALVATION , this whole business of redemption would sound like a fairy tale ---

BUT WE REMEMBER WELL, WHEN CHRIST CAME IN AND WE WERE BORN-AGAIN --

HAVE A GREAT DAY IN THE LORD ,

Beautiful, Pilot Mom!

I think that is what I needed...I've come on here now, because I don't know if I can later, and I've had suc a tiring day...and that's nothing compared to what tomorrow holds! Of course, God is the only One who truly knows what tomorrow holds...I'm only looking at my schedule and the list os tasks to be done this week.

God bless you all,
LPP

I'm glad LPP. I was in despair last night but this morning the Son was shining. :)
