Especially Heather Report

15.AugTomorrows Appointment
Wednesday
Tomorrow is my first appointment at Moffit since treatment began. I have an MRI of my brain with and without contrast at 9AM. Then my appointment is at 11:30. We will be staying the night at my parents tonight due to having to leave at 6am.
My mother and husband will be going with me, and my father will be at home with the kids.
I am not so concerned about the MRI because I don't expect much to be different than the one I had last week… although this one is going to be much more thorough and in depth. I am however anxious about taking chemo again.
So pray for me tomorrow. Pray that I will not stress tonight and be able to sleep soundly. Pray that my mind would be at peace and my heart would be calm.
This song speaks my heart.

Dear Father...we pray that Heather's rest may be sweet...and restful and that You will fill her with Your peace. Keep her close to You and may she be ever mindful of Your love and presence. Strengthen her and enable her. We are grateful that You walk with her each step. In Jesus name we pray...Amen.

I knew of Heather's situation and am glad to get an update here....praying so fervently. The light of the Lord shines brightly in this one.

Any updates? Lord, that your peace would fill Heather's heart wherever she goes, whatever she faces. May she cling tightly to you, even though You hold her sweetly in your good hand.
