Someone

Good morning, dear pals! Here's a little ditty that I thought up while lying in bed, dreading the fact that Labor Day is here.

PILGRIM PALS

Friends for the journey
Pals for the trip;
Someone to pick you up
When you have slipped.

Someone to walk with you
Down life's long road;
Someone to help you bear
Each heavy load.

Someone to pray for you
When life gets tough;
Always reminding you
God's grace is enough.

Someone to laugh with you
Along the way;
Someone who's brightening
Each cloudy day.

Pilgrims, we're heading home
His face we'll see;
'Til then let's walk with Him
Pals...you and me!

Amazing gift to be able to pen such words - whats nice is that U use that gift for the Lord -

It's all about Fellowship -- with each other via the web or in person or thru the church and above all with God, now this is the area I need to work on , actually sitting in a "quiet" place and conversing with THE GREAT ONE

and when I said Great One , I didn't mean Gretsky

PT...you made me laugh...what do you know about GRETZKY? Just joking... When my mom as in college (mid-70's) she received SI in the mail, and she tells us that the only thing she knew about hockey was Gretzky :)

God bless you,
LPP
